SHIPPING POLICY

We plan to process orders in 2-3 business days. Items are shipped by USPS; therefore as a company, Light August is NOT liable for any shipping mishaps. If the item was sent to the wrong address, lost, or not delivered. We are NOT responsible. Please try to reach out toUSPS.

 

 If the address you provided is correct and your candle is returned, we will attempt to resend your planned purchase.

​​RETURN & REFUND POLICY​

All of our products are FINAL SALES. We do NOT offer returns or refunds. We will be sure to exchange any damaged unused candles. All damaged items must be acknowledged immediately upon receipt. 

EXCHANGED POLICY 

We apologize for any inconvenience. Any candle received in the wrong color and/or scent can be exchanged. We will promptly handle any incorrect orders. All damaged items must be acknowledged immediately upon receipt. Please send us an email immediately to communicate any concerns and photograph and attach any proof of damaged candles.
